Testimony
I experienced a close and personal encounter with Jesus in 2019. Since then, I have dedicated to learn more about my catholic faith, and my evangelization mission has been primarily through the music and preaching ministries. I completed the Enlighten Diploma in Catholic Faith Studies at Fordham University, endorsed by the Archdiocese of New York in .
I am a trainer and founding member of REAL (an online healing and training platform: www.miguelhoracio.com), host of the program "Cultural Culture" on Radio Guadalupana 1560AM, a leader in the Maria Mediadora International Community (Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico and El Paso, Texas, USA), and receives ongoing training in Focus, the Grow and Multiply Program, and at the Shalom Institute (https://melchormaldonado.com/instituto-shalom/).
I serve in my parish community, San Felipe de Jesús, in the Diocese of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
During the healing retreat Irrefrenable Misericordia (Irrepressible Mercy) 2025 I was honored to be invited to lead a workshop. This was a true blessing and wonderful opportunity to share about my experiences with dance, spirituality, and worship. The workshop was titled: Dances in The Spirit. I shared about a manuscript, soon to be published), the biblical principles of dance as a form of prayer, we opened our hearts and minds to worship with our bodies and embody our prayer.
Cultura Católica on Radio Guadalupana 1560 AM: The Joy of the Gospel
Dr. Belinda Sáenz is the creator and host of the program Cultura Católica (Catholic Culture) on Radio Guadalupana 1560 AM: The Joy of the Gospel, the border's radio station in Cd. Juárez, Chih., and El Paso, TX.
On the program, we talk with various local, national, and international guests about art, music, literature, and everything related to cultivating our Catholic faith. Cultura Católica is broadcast every Wednesday at 2 PM (Juárez-El Paso), 3 PM (Mexico City), and 4 PM (New York). You can listen at www.radioguadalupana.com.
Ministry of Inner Healing
EnvejerSER con Sentido (Aging with Purpose ) -Parroquias San Felipe de Jesús y Jesús Maestro
"EnvejeSER con Sentido" are inner healing workshops. The movement began in the Diocese of Ciudad Juárez under the direction of Silvia Aguirre Lomelí, recognized by the newspaper Presencia as a Disciple of Jesus 2025 for her tireless dedication to seeking social change. Belinda received training in early 2024 to lead the workshops, and the first group of adults completed their program in four modules between September 2024 and November 2025. Belinda also assists Silvia in training other leaders who will bring the workshops to other parishes in the diocese.

San Felipe de Jesús Parrish
Belinda began collaborating with music ministries in 2019. With the Música de Dios choir, she participates in daily Mass and Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament on Thursdays. With the De Colores choir, she serves in the Sunday morning Mass.
REAL
Belinda has been a coach and founding member of REAL (Restoration, Training, Activation of Charisms, and Leadership—a continuous online formation platform) since 2019.
In this training program, Belinda collaborates with the founder, Miguel Horacio, by providing technical and logistical support to all REAL members. She also assists in coordinating the monthly Exercises and Activation of Charisms sessions, where coaches share their experiences and testimonies of living out spiritual exercises and activating charisms.

CMM Headquarters & Our Lady of Guadalupe Church
On March 12, 2019, Belinda first encountered the community when she attended her first healing and deliverance seminar at CMM. After completing the various follow-up seminars (Armor of Prayer, Living Under God's Blessing, Financial Restoration, Christ Set You Free, Holy Spirit, I Want More of You, etc.), Belinda finished the CMM school courses and began serving as a leader.
She currently supports the community in Ciudad Juárez, primarily through the music ministry and by sharing messages and sermons in the community of El Paso, Texas.
Ministry of Proclaiming the Word
San Felipe de Jesús Parrish
Belinda serves as a psalmist in her community. In 2021, she designed and led a proclamation workshop in her community, sharing voice and articulation exercises and tools. She recently completed her formation as an extraordinary minister of Holy Communion.
